Mobile forums vs thumbs up

So recently I've noticed that upvoting/plussing/thumbs upping while on mobile doesn't work.  There is the little animation and the symbol changes, but it hasn't upvoted anything.

I only have Android to try on, but I've tried three browsers, with and without the "gimme the desktop version" tagged, so it's probably not the stylesheets. Makes me wonder if after triggering the animation there's a call to a function that's been deprecated on the latest Android.

Looks like it’s set up to be a drop down menu of responses so tap to open then tap to choose. But only ‘like’ is enabled.
