Is there a mod or a method to play sounds on certain events ?

For example on contract completion you could get a small narration or victory sound.

I for one would love LKO launches with comments from the SpaceX livestream narrator "vehicle is supersonic" "vehicle is experiencing Max Q" "stage separation complete" and so on.
