Tutorial Missions

Hi all,

The question will be really simple.

Can Mission builder be used to build tutorial missions, for a specific Mod ?

If not what is needed to do so ?

There are plenty of tutorials on Youtube etc, but no best way than practice, with annotations following the player at each step.

Also, these annotations could be easily translated to expand the understanding to non English speakers.
