Why do i have this problem?

Did you put the FILES in Gamedata, or the FOLDER?

Your file structure should look like this:

Within the file you downloaded is a folder. If it's "gamedata" then within THAT folder is a folder. That's what you want in Gamedata.

There is one and only one exception to this rule that I know of, and that's Module Manager. Every single other mod is in a folder. Sometimes two deep.

Did you install the dependencies as well?

If you did not -> install them (they are linked in the mod thread). Does it solve your problem?
If you did -> post a log file (output_log.txt)

The log file can be hard to find. Take a look at this post, it contains all the possible locations for each operating system:
