Question

In the Kerbal space program wiki, we Japanese can not even create accounts. The account UmbralRaptor seems to be blocking us. My account was able to log in, but it is blocked and I can not edit anything.
Because I do not have permission to post, I can not even contact UmbralRaptor or even administrators.

Please tell me how to improve this problem.

The image of the site below says my account does not have edit authority.
Also, it says to ask administrators, but there is no place to inquire about the link.

Looks like some kind of regio-block to stop a spam attack. You can try to contact UmbralRaptor via mail, should be 'umbralraptor @ gmail.com'.

Also, I'll ping @UmbralRaptor here :)

Yeah, this was the second major spam attack in a week. The IP block should have expired now?

Additionally, the host of the wiki is seeing if they can come up with a better solution than the IP blocks.

For the moment, I can edit the wiki so I ask colleagues if they could create an account and edit it.
It may take a while for us to confirm.

My colleagues also created accounts, and we are ready for editing. I appreciate your answers.
