How do the Youtubers get such cool camera movement?

I've been watching a lot of tutorials, and I see a lot of amazing camera work. Some of it I can figure out, but some I just don't see how it is done.  I did see there is a camera tools mod.  Is this what a lot of them are using or are their tricks in the stock game?

If you are looking for a specific effect or camera position, you should link a video showing the scene, but in general, it is just the mod you already know about. The mod is pretty self-explanatory, you may want to try it on your own: https://github.com/jrodrigv/CameraTools/releases/tag/v1.10.0
