Are there any other mods that rescale the system to 3.2x without the use of kopernicus?

No. In order to change anything regarding planets, it takes kopernicus

They keep saying it will be soon, but no hard date yet

Or roll back to the last  kopernicus-friendly version of KSP (1.4.3 that is).

Done that, something causing graphic issues with BDB decouplers. Logs are not helping to figure which mod/mods, so I will just wait.
