A question from a new player

So would downloading a craft file from kerbalX using the ps4 web browser work or would it not know what to do with it

It's a "how do I" question, which generally means it'll go into either a tech support forum or Gameplay Questions.  Since this is more about the technical details of how to get the game to work with stuff, rather than a gameplay question like "how do I get to the Mun" or "how do I build a rocket" or whatever, tech support seemed like a better fit.

There are various ones.  The simple smile is just by typing a smiley, i.e. a colon followed by a parenthesis-- it gets automagically converted when you hit "space" afterwards.  There are various other ones as well.    For a full list, click the little smiley-face button on the edit toolbar above your post, which will display all of them.  You can click any of them to insert, and if you mouse-hover over one, it'll show you what you need to type to get it automatically.

U cant implement crafts from kerbalX or from some where else on console. U even cant move or copy a craft from another of your savegames

no becuase the ps4 dosent recoginse the file
