A LEGO mod for KSP would be amazing! How are you dealing with connections between parts?

At the moment we are in the planning phase( we are using blender and unity to construct the basic models but potential is high. We will be looking for coders for wheels (never got the hang of that) and well as others. This mod is very early in development

Could I get a beta testing link....? I totally don't want an excuse for Legos in KSP and am not too impatient to wait for release. I swear :p

EDIT: I have an idea for wheels. Make Lego Tecknick esqe peices and put a custom attachment point in each hole. Put the custom attachment point on the wheels to enforce Lego- style wheel attachment. I sure as heck ain't a coder but occasionally I can come up with solutions for coders to translate into code.
