First brazilian functional rocket, the Meridian 1

Recommended Posts

Meridian 1 is a liquid-fueled rocket propelled by an R-B1 engine in its booster and an R-C1 (vacuum-optimized) engine in its upper stage. The company that created this rocket is Ribeiro's Enterprises located in Maranhão-Brazil and has its base in Alcântara (only 3 degrees below the equator), with 3 launchpads (1A, 1B and 2A).
