Uhh, those are perfectly normal google drive links, and the work perfectly normally. Dunno what you're on about.

If the stock game runs, then you are probably right. A list of mods installed and copy of output.log.txt would be useful, error.log generally contains nothing worth looking at and I have no idea what to do with windows memory dumps.
If nothing obvious turn up there, you'll probably have to do the old binary sort on your mods until you find the culprit.
