all parts icons blueish-grey

Question

Can't figure out and didn't find any posts that would explain what could cause all parts icons to look like below but it sure kills the fun of building crafts...

Any ideas?

Are you forcing DirectX11 or 12? This happens when you do that. Or perhaps forcing OpenGL does it too? I cant remember for sure on that... But IIRC, OpenGL is the reason why this issue was also happening on MacOS and Linu... vOv

If you are, there is a little plugin "fix" here, thanx to @Electrocutor:

Electrocutor, while googling to find a link for the KSP 1.4 Fixes, it took quite awhile to find it.... maybe its worth making its own thread for? vOv If so, make sure to make the thread title more unique than "KSP 1.4 fixes" ... googling that gives ALL kinds of results, except an obvious result for the fix. ;)

I figured TakeTwo would just recompile the shader fix for dx11 like they did with OpenGL before for Mac/Linux, but I guess they really don't want people using dx11. I use -force-glcore because it seems to be the most stable and performance friendly (including the only officially supported dx9).

This "fix" just drops the Textures Unlimited shader into the icons, so the credit is really for @Shadowmage

As for your suggestion, I already created a thread and put that link into it.

Indeed I did! Removed the --force.. parameter and the issue is gone. I was certain it would be mod-related...

Thanks a million!
