Several weeks ago, I thought about how Kerbin would look realistically, under the satellite eye. I decided to create a pseudo-satellite image portraying the presumed vegetation and settlements realistically.

I made it by superimposing the KerbalMaps picture of the region with various textures based on real-world mapping data. Enjoy.
