Races! Hot Laps

Some forum members came up with 12 racetracks to simulate some kind of Formula One racing...

*All tracks where made using the Races! mod, a tool for timing distances.

The 12 tracks are:

For this challenge you will need the Races! mod.

It will say it's not compatible when you start the game, but it is working normal !

Download the Races! mod here and place it in your GameData folder.

The challenge:

-Get a fastest lap on all 12 tracks.

-Add all your times giving a total time of all tracks.

 

Tip: look at the track's map picture before you start a race, you don't want to get lost on your lap.

 

To prove take a screenshot that shows your time (e.g.)*

 

It's open entry, anything goes, mods, planes, tanks, hovercrafts, you name it.

Only one rule: There must be a Kerbal on board.

 

 

I made a video on how to load and start a race using the Races! mod:

Open a race, drive to the white gate (start), and well, press Start Race.

Aight didn't get to submit my K1 track... Time to send in the super-racers. Car #1: K1OTR2038; the 2038 version of my K1 race car (Used in my story, Life At The Top). Car #2: FKOTG2038; the 2038 version of the Formula K car (Same as the K1, but like a junior series. Still quick though.) Prepare to have y'alls times crushed

I started to do some laps time on the Hunkaroring track (managed to get one pretty decent time) but something I noticed is that if you Abort Race, the penalty time for any missed gates on that and any previous runs doesn't get cleared. The only way to reset properly seems to be to load the race, rather than just abort and try again.

So I've started with Abu Kerbi, I'll keep editing this post with my results so it won't clutter the thread or make it confusing.

• Nordring: I wish I had a time to show, but I can't complete a lap without either missing a gate or my tyres exploding. My current best is 01:24 incl. 10 secs of penalty because I missed the Finish gate (!!!) on that run.

I'm not particularly happy with the first two (especially Gaarst) but my vehicle is not best suited to anything tight and twisty.

Hunkaroring time is ok though.
