Is there a mod that adds Realistic Progression

Am tired of the Current Stock System Progression its just so UNREALISTIC first you start with Crewed which it doesnt make sense that much but SRB makes sense for me

 

My main Question is there a mod that Adds Realistic Progression for 1.4

Well if you want realistic progression, I'd say you probably want Realistic Progression. Sadly it seems it's only for 1.2.2 but this kind of a thing is far easier to want than it is to implement.

You also may want to check out the Engineering Tech Tree. Not exactly what you want but you can get what you want if you use it right.

If RP-0 isn't your thing, try RSS. Or BARIS. Or GAP. Or Sounding Rockets. There's probably a dozen different flavours of tech tree and progression that are semi-current, and another dozen that are a bit out of date but could maybe inspire/guide you to make something that suits your needs.

because a good start would be some Separtons(propulsion)a Little Truss Thing,nose cone,and some science equipment with some of those making history Plates thingies

I would also check the Simplex tech tree.

It's relatively new but is geared towards unmanned before manned.

Some parts packs, such as BDB, place probe cores in the first node so you can start unmanned.
