Important KVC-AVC and MiniAVC Update now available

For all modders:

I just released an update for the KSP-AVC and, more importantly, a new MiniAVC.dll which fixes some small bugs which were preventing it from properly reporting certain new updates.

Please download the update from here:  https://github.com/linuxgurugamer/KSPAddonVersionChecker/releases/tag/1.2.0.3 and update the MiniAVC.dll in your mods, if you are including it.

I noticed this one is tagged 1.4.x, will you be building this against 1.5.x?

Yes, it will be one of the first.  I wanted to get it fixed for 1.4 first, also had some housekeeping to do for 1.5

FWIW, MiniAVC 1.2.0.5 still reports a version of 1.0.3.2 in the DLL when I query its properties.  The full AVC shows the correct version.

Not only the dll, but the .version as well.  :-(
