Is there an equivalent of Astronomer's visual pack for ksp 1.5.1 ?

It does not look like Environmental Visual Enhancements has been updated yet, so none of the cloud packs should be updated at this point.  It still might work if you use the version designed for 1.4.x, but no guarantees.

None needed, themaster401 has updated the original masterpiece to 1.5.1

There is a whole section in the OP labelled "Installation".   Try following those instructions.  If you still have problems, it might be best to ask within the mod thread itself.
