Expansion is a trait of life. Weeds show up constantly in gardens and farms, and they'd certainly grow on asteroids if they could. We are the weeds of the Solar System.

Perhaps there could be remnants of a long gone civilization on most of the vacuum worlds in the system (on atmosphere world, Moho, Eeloo and Vall they would be destroyed by wind, heat, radiation and volcanic activity.) They would be most numerous closest to Duna. Suggesting that this civilization originated in Duna.
