Mod idea: Contamination

(Definitely, this is mentioned from time to time, but once more.)

Some parameter "Contamination". Sticky and annoying.
Effects the Kerbals health and maybe something else.

For simplicity no matter if it's chemical, radioactive or else.

If a nuke engine/reactor crashes, it raises Contamination of that place.
So, don't just drop your nukes on a planet. Land them accurately or leave in orbit. Keep your planet clean.

The same with hypergolic tanks  (if use CRP resources). Use cryogenics, take hypergolics as less as possible.
(Though of course you remember that they are storable, unlike the cryogenics).

Natural contamination.
Moon, Mars, Titan, Io are toxic. Just they are.
Perchlorates on Mars, sticky abrasive dust on Moon, ammonia and hydrocarbonic who-knows-what on Titan. Sulfuric compounds on Io.
Even ice moons and comets can contain frozen traces of ammonia, hydrogen cyanide, carbon monoxide or so.
Space is poisonous.

Don't let all that poison get into your cabin riding your suit.
Use a decontamination equipment. Before entering your lander cabin first clean your boots.
Get into a Lock Chamber part and press Clean Me. Only after this pass to the cabin.

This makes you build a healthy complex lander, not just another flying barrel with dust.
Remember the brown suits of Apollo crew and the smell of powder in the cabin..And that was after just a day of moonwalking.
Imagine the brown pulp in your lungs after a week of moondrilling without a cleaning chamber. Stay healthy, prevent this.

If you ignore the Clean Me, the cabin Contamination raises, and the longer your Kerbals spend inside, the worse they feel.
Don't do this, and beat the one who does maybe as an auxilliary option.

While Kerbals are spending time in a ship without a toilet/lavatory/restroom cabin they contaminate the ship with dirty hands.
Build normal complex ships with toilet cabins, don't turn your capsule into Gemini-7 after 2 weeks in orbit.

I like this idea.   Another aspect to LS, compatible with most.

Could be tracked by biome.   Geographically this is somewhat unintuitive, but gameplay wise, it makes sense.
