Which version is this?

1.4.5 had problems with wheels.

1.5 should be able to solve bouncing by tweaking.

Oh, and dont timewrap.

its 1.5

i guess it is in the advanced tweakables, which for some reason wasn't turned on.

and yeah i know its timewarping that is at fault, but once this thing gets started it never stops

What about 5x timewraping? It freezes physics.

Try rebuilding the wheels in v 1.5

Since you already have mods installed, you can also try the world stabilizer mod
