VAB/SPH part textures missing?

Question

I had a problem with an unknown mod causing massive FPS drops so I just reinstalled everything in small batches and now the part textures in VAB/SPH are missing which is making assembling stuff really frustrating. I've been trying to figure out what mod is the culprit from trial and error but I haven't been able to figure it out yet because I have a lot of mods and it takes like 10 minutes just to load the game. I've heard dx 11 or opengl can cause this, but I've been using -"force-d3d11" for a while because one of the visual mods said it was required and it hasn't caused any issues until now. Do any of you folks have an idea of what might be causing this?

Do you mind sharing your solution?
I know the issue happens when using the '-force-d3d11' startup parameter but this doesn't seems to be the culprit in your case, so I'm curious :)

Oh sorry, yeah! Electrocuter made a plugin to fix the issue. I'm actually using -force-d3d12 now and I'm noticing that things seems even smoother using the astronomer's visual pack than when I tried dx11.

Oh nice, I didn't know this plugin. Seems to be pretty useful :)
