Does there any mod that can help me time launch into specific orbit (from contract)

You can check map mode and time warp on the launch pad, which is essential for timing a launch to an inclined orbit. Generally you want to launch when the target orbit line is passing directly over your launch site.

Remember that plane changes are cheaper the higher up you perform them. That orbit is nearly out to the Mun, so a correction burn shouldn't be all that expensive if you can get up there. I'd probably combine it with the circularization burn.

You mean when it shows the orbit you need to get to?  Well, not saying it's impossible, just very, very difficult.  Besides, learning how to do it is part of the fun

I made it, this new delta-v indicator is pretty handy, I did manoeuvre and I had left 6 m/s delta-v :D
