KSP downgraded to version 1.3.1 stuck on module manager

So everytime i downgrade my version of KSP to 1.3.1 it gets stuck on module manager...

 

If anyone has an idea of how to fix this problem then please tell me.

Did you downgrade all of your mods as well?

How are you downgrading?

What mods do you have?

Can you provide the log file?

You need to make sure all your mods are compatible with 1.3.1, including and especially module manager.

I dont have any mods for 1.3.1

module manager IS a mod.

All you should have in GAMEDATA folder is SQUAD.

But, if playing without mods, why downgraded to 1.3.1?

You have to find the module manager .dll and remove that, and it should fix the issue.  If that is not possible for whatever reason, Then you need to clean out the KSP directory, and make a fresh, clean install of 1.3.1.

I dont have module manager installed. And i downgrade to 1.3.1 because i want to play RO/RSS and it gets stuck on module manager with the mods and without them. And in the middle of the screen it says STATUS and the pictures go really fast
