Why wont this satisfy the contract? Decoupling in Mun orbit

Here are the screen shots of me decoupling and getting all green.  All checks are green yet the contract wasnt satisfied.  The note says to test it in staging which I did.

Looks like you got the wrong part. The one on your rocket got two arrow symbols on it, so that's a 'stack separator' and not a 'decoupler'.

They look similar, do similar things but to satisfy the contract, you'll definitly need the decoupler.

You are 100000% correct!!! That's what I get for playing late into the night! UGH!
