remote tech problems?

so im playing on 1.6.1 and I installed KOS and and remote tech 

and the ground stations don't work is this intended or is it a bug and if so how do I fix it or should  I uninstall remote tech

There isn't nearly enough description of the problem in this post to give any sort of meaninful answer.

The phrase "don't work" could mean many different things.  Can you describe in what way they don't work?  What are you expecting, and what are you getting instead?

Did you set the antenna to target the ground stations? Is there a chain of line of sight?

Remote Tech has difficulty settings for whether it uses multiple ground stations or just the one at KSC.  That is independant of kOS.

Right click on the dish to activate it and set something as the target via the pop-up menu

The mod should have asked you about them when you first ran it on the first installation of it.  It pops up a window asking you to choose settings.

If you want to see the window again, click the remote tech icon while on the KSC space center view.
