Action groups in Map view

You've read the title, you've understood my point.

I know I'd have a need for it because I have action groups for my airbrakes and I need the mapview to see the effect of the brakes.

But there may be other uses for it.

What do you guys think about it ?

I've wanted this for awhile, so I definitely second this.

That's neat but a bit overkill for what I need

That, and staging. Every so often I'm following the apoapsis marker to set it in desired position, then it stops - ah yes, I got to switch to flight, detach the stage, fire new engine, get back to map mode.
