Need some help building stock electric propellers

I built an electric powered plane as shown (click for higher resolution)

I used the 5 RCS balls as bearing, there is a similar group at the back near the docking port. I managed to takeoff and fly it for a few minutes at 100m/s, then the entire propeller group manage dislodged and fell out. I don't understand why that happens and how can I fix that? Thx.

It happens because your propeller and the rest of your airplane are two separate craft, only held together by collisions, and 100 m/s is too fast for the game engine to keep everything updated perfectly.

To improve it a little, you can reduce your physics delta stepsize to .03 if you haven't already. But that's as far as it will go.
