Where is this part from?

I'm not sure if it goes here or into addon discussions, so..

Anyways, back in the bright days of 2017 I was playing hardmodded career, and there was one particular part that I was using very often - skycrane. With extendable engine nozzles, basically looking like 2.5m SAS module.

And while I do have now the Ground Construction mod, the skycrane from it, being scalable and probably very useful, does not fit my needs. So my question is, where this thing comes from?:

it looks like something from MKS

Do you still have that install?.maybe you can find where that part came from

I never thought that I could just simply look into the files - I mean, I don't have the install, but I do have savefiles, including .craft files.

Yep, that one is from MKS, now I just need to find where it is exactly.

EDIT Nevermiind, dragging few files from this tower of directories that is called UmbraSpaceIndustries is going to be too hard.

Yep, that one is from MKS, now I just need to find where it is exactly.
