While making this post, I made the stupid mistake of reading the station's mass with the lifter forgetting to remove the lifter. So instead of coming out to 464 tons, it came out to 3.8 kilotons because of the 3 kiloton lower stage. Just to reiterate, I do not want people to tell me to use cheats as I want to do this WITHOUT cheats. Downloadable lifters are welcome.

While your here can't you just ask how to build one yourself, it's most peoples intent of building besides piloting. With me it's more building
In general it's a matter of scaling things up using the biggest tanks and using auto struts.

500 tonnes is trivial. The bell series i posted will handle it easily. 

You may want to ask a mod to merge this thread and the original.

That's big enough I wouldn't bother with anything smaller than Mammoths.  Looks like you could do it with 6-8 asparagus staged radial boosters, each with a Mammoth and two of the biggest 3.75 meter fuel tanks.  The core stage could be something similar, or you could cluster some Vectors or Mailsails and/or use a 5m core stack, if you have Making History.
