My game keeps crashing with mods. I have logs!

Added extra sentence.

Your log is indicating you are crashing because you are running out of memory. 4GB is really low for KSP. If you can't upgrade, you need to start eliminating mods.

I have the pagefile.sys which is 3.6 GB, shouldn't that increase my amount I can use for this game? Or not?

At the time of the crash the pagefile was up to 7GB. I don't know if manually setting the pagefile to 12GB or higher would help. I'm not sure how well KSP utilizes the pagefile. Your system is pretty limited for the number of mods you are trying to run. With the integrated graphics I would also dump any mods that are just to make the game look better.
