I need help downloading.

I use a MacBook Air and I downloaded Kerbal Space Program. There is an installer and when I install it, the game doesn't seem to pop up. Can anyone help?

After the installation is complete, you need to launch the game directly, do not use a launcher.  The launcher has been depreciated for a few years now and we're not sure why it's still included.
