I would say drop #11.4

Sure, but 11.4 being so weird makes sense because he's getting sick from being in carbonite so long.

and #13

For now. We'll see when it's complete.

You're missing one between star wars and strikes back.

No "Ewoks"? No "Droids"? But you include Ep 2? And that creature JJ Abrams built in his lab? Bah.

I still say (and agree with you) the 4-5-1(the 90-minute no Jar-Jar cut)-2-3-6 is the best order, with Rogue1 and Solimente watched after 6 if at all. Rewatching 4-5 after R1 sounds good too.

Nah. Machete Order. IV-V-II-III-VI. Because Star Wars isn't Anakin's story, it's Luke's story. And therefore Episode I is worse than boring, it's unnecessary.

Droids is tricky to slot into the continuity. As you will need to find a suitable block of time that would allow for both 3P0 and R2 to be separated from the  Alderdannian household after the end of Ep3 and before ep 4. Which may put it somewhere in the rebels timeline. But it would require some serious hammering and stretching of both. Wookiepedia slots it between ep 3 and 4. But notes that there are issues with continuity as such.

Ewoks can probably be placed somewhere after ep4 and before ep 6. Most likely after ep 5.

Now the two ewok adventure movies. Can probably be slotted well before ep 5.

Skip it all and watch The Orville

Two episodes in and I’m hooked. Too bad I can’t get my wife hooked

I just got caught up.  It does nothing but get better as it goes.  I was extremely disappointed when I finished the season 2 finale and found out it had just aired like last week when I was trying to see when season 3 starts.

Gotta say I'm rapidly losing all the damns I have to give about Star Wars.  Prequels were a mess.  Ep 7 & 8 were... eh.  I didn't like Rogue One.  I haven't even bothered with the Solo movie.  I'll watch Ep 9 when it comes out just cause, but I'm far from excited about it.  I think the Clone Wars show on Cartoon Network is hot garbage.

So my watch order is IV, V, VI, and the Genndy Clone Wars.  I watched 1, 2, and 3 a few years ago to check and see how well they had aged.  It was similar to the aging process of yogurt.

1.) The Clone Wars series

2.) Revenge of the Sith

3.) Solo

4.) Rebels series

5.) Rogue One

6.) A New Hope

7.) The Holiday Special

7.) The Empire Strikes Back

8.) Return of the Jedi

9.) The Mandalorian (when it comes out)

10.) Resistance Season 1

11.) The Force Awakens

12.) The Last Jedi

13.) Resistance Season 2 (when it comes out)

14.) The Rise of Skywalker (when it comes out)

As you can tell, I’m a chronological order and animated series guy. I also wouldn’t really want to watch episodes I or II again, even though it has been years since I’ve last seen them.
