estimated burn shows lower value than it actually would be.

I undocked my spacecraft and maneuver node est. burn shows inaccurate value. it shows the actual value divided by 30 or something like that, but thats really inaccurate estimation, how could i fix this? (I also used bracket keys for quick switch)

If I recall correctly, the issue relates to the fact that you've undocked but the game has not updated its numbers for the burn calculation.  It will generally correct itself if you fire the engines, but of course you'd need to know when to do that.  You can put the throttle up a tiny bit and shut it down immediately, and that should do it.  I do not recall whether it also works to deactivate and reactivate an engine via the part action menu.

Note, however, that my information may be several years out of date; I didn't like the inaccurate estimate either, so I installed Kerbal Engineer and never looked back.

I should add that changing fuel priorities, rotating parts like engine plates and as above the docking/undocking makes the DV calculations almost always wrong.

Also sometimes it shows red, like you have zero DV left in the Burn Indicator.

I havent seen many threads about this matter so i am guessing most people just use a mod to calculate it.

I hope thats the case and i am not one of the few people that are dealing with this bug.
