A Kerbal's Guide to our solar system

Ah, okay. :) Thought that the wording of your response made it seem like it was directed at me.

I had a dream last night about two small gas planets like Mandrake & Rutherford except I had never heard of them before then. Also, there was a moon with ruins and a wormhole of some kind. Is this in the game or a mod? If so, I must fly to it. Why I had that dream might be there.

(Creepy)

Would say necro, but this... I have never seen this thread before. Amazing to see what NovaSilikso had in mind. Some of them actually got added into the game in 0.17, after he was added as a Dev. Was Minmus his idea too?

The original plan for the planets. Wow. You can see more in Nova's devblog, where he posted dev pictures from around 0.15 to before 0.17. Stuff changes. THis is cool stuff from the past.

They didn't. Not completely. Eve made it into the game visually near its current form and Meander was renamed Jool with different moons. Minmus also appeared in the game.

Duna was Egar.

Not to mention that Nova himself made all of our current planets save for Kerbin and Mun.

If anyone can still hear me, I have a proposal, we make a mod out of this! It would be really cool and fun!

Really cool...

There are some mods made from these ideas but I don't know the names of them

I had built a mod based around this system, but I lost the configs and the interest. I have to say, with Sigma Binary or Principia, Mandrake and Rutherford is a good idea, I might use it later.

And you\'re forgetting that I\'M the one designing this system. It\'s MY project, it\'s not like I\'m deciding the future of the game. I think a donut planet sounds freaking stupid, so I\'m NOT going to make one. If you don\'t like it, then I\'m sorry. If you want to discuss donut planets somewhere, then just make a thread in offtopic or something...

But it would have to completely replace the Kerbol System.

But GPP already does that.

So this could be a mod, I dunno.

Not too possible with the current engine.

Although we just tilted planets without N-body physics so who knows.
