An Announcement

Phase 4 will focus on three main things.

One, the addition of a few new cutting edge modules to the station for commercial and scientific endeavors.

Two, the preparation of the station to facilitate the docking and refueling of, as well as the cargo transfer to a new deep space tug and the launch of said tug.

Three, using the deep space tug, the construction of a space station in Low Munar Orbit culminating in a landing on the surface.

 

Phase 4 will consist of 9 currently planned launches.

STS-24 - A hotel/space tourism module.

STS-25 - A prototype expandable module, Docking Compartment 4, MMU 3, and a small nuclear research module.

STS-26 - A mass relay and an interorbital small crew vehicle which will use it.

STS-27 - A space telescope in nearly the same orbit as the station (inspired by a Chinese plan).

STS-28 - Munar Relay Satellites 1 and 2

STS-29 - The Gateway Transport Tug and the Power and Propulsion Element of the Gateway

STS-30 - Gateway habitation/node module, Gateway airlock, tiny Gateway tug and Refueling Tank 1 (for the transport tug).

STS-31 - Gateway Lab, Gateway Crew Transport Cabin, Gateway MMU, and refueling tank 2

STS-32 - Munar lander and refueling tank 3

 

Shortly after the transport tug returns from gateway having delivered the lander, a crew from the station will board the crew transport cabin (which will be loaded onto the transport tug), and ride to the gateway, where two of them will board the lander and walk on the Mun.

In depth mission requirements are now in the OP. All of Phase 4 is open for proposals, although there have not been many Phase 3 proposals yet and those should be launched first.

Note: this craft is the only one of the 3 to use  Lf/Ox mixture for it's own power. It can not transfer Lf/Ox out.

super cool I launched 2 rockets both renter the atmoshere and both crashed i will start look for some tuition on you tube but you landed you should be proud of yourself .
