How use weather station?

Recommended Posts

I got all expansion for free cause I bought the game in 2012, I think many KSP fan envy me ;)

I don't play the game much in the past year many changes, usually for the better like those new views that show both perigee and apogee :)

But I wonder how to utilize all these new modules?

Can I create Wheather sat?

Nope, the weather station is a part of the deployed ground science.

Play the game? (SCNR!)

To actually answer your question: the Breaking Ground DLC adds a lot more stuff to do on the surface of the planets and moons. Have a look at some of the videos on youtube. I believe that will help you more.

The weather station is a deployed science part. You have to deploy it on the surface of a planet that has an atmosphere. Along with a control station and power units (deployed science solar panel or deployed science RTG). They have to be deployed by Kerbals. But can be left running to collect stand transmit science back to Kerbin over time.

The DLC added container parts which you can use to store the experiments. The Kerbals also have one slot of inventory so that they can place the experiments down.
