Question with the maneuver mode

So.

Today i started playing again KSP(after literaly a 2 year long burn out)And i notice this new 'manuver mode' below the map view.It wasn't  a big surprise to me because i kept checking the forums regularly to not miss out.

The thing is that when i started a new carrer playthrought i found out most of the  maneuver mode screen was locked.So my question is How do i unlock the rest of it?

The same way you unlock maneuver nodes themselves: buy an upgrade to the tracking station and another to mission control.
