An old iPhone 5S. It’s long beyond its design life (because Apple make phones for people to use for two years at most, and then buy a new one to replace the perfectly serviceable old) and as a result it overheats quite a bit when doing something as simple as browsing the forums.

On the plus side, it doubles as a hand warmer for those cold winters :P

Our kids have our old iPhone 6s phones, and they seem to work fine. We got the 2 Xs phones last Sept, so the kids have had the 6s for almost a year, and we each had 6s for at least 2 years before that, maybe 3, so the kids have perfectly serviceable phoens that are 4-5 years old.

I scoff at your Iphone 5's.... My 4s is still running along nicely.   Of course there's no memory left as the OS is slowly creeping in on it somehow, and I had to replace the battery myself earlier this year.  The otterbox has kept it in good condition, even with working in a sandblasting shop for a couple years.

Samsung Galaxy J7 Prime - yes one of those phone types Samsung makes just like they're selling hotcakes.

I also have a Nokia, but I forgot to top-up the sim card, and now I don't have a number for it...

I'm pretty sure we have the same phone, it's just branded slightly differently here for Verizon. Paid cash for it, had it for two years now, will keep it until it dies.

There are many iterations of the J7 :

- J7 (2015)

- J7 (2016)

- J7 (2017)

- J7 (2018)

- J7 Prime

- J7 Prime 2

- J7 Pro

- J7 Nxt

- J7 Max

- J7 V

And if gsmarena is to be believed, J7 Prime (SM-G610F or SM-G610M) is available only outside North America.

Then again the specs are very close to each other.
