Is there a visualization of antenna/relay communication distance?

I have no idea how far some of these antennas and communication relays will project.  For instance, I want to send data from the Mun, but I don't know what device to send there.  How do I work that out?

Well, in my personal experience, I was able to figure out most of the chart but I had no idea what these gray numbers are for, until I read your explanation. But I also know, that some stuff can be easy for one person but difficult for another and vice versa
