Cannot start mission???

So I'm getting a problem with making history and breaking ground. It seems basically any rotorcraft that I build can't be launched in a mission.

I thought this bug was fixed in 1.7.2, does anyone know what causes it? does anyone experience this too?

Anyone found a way to avoid it?
