Sarnus ring atmosphere glitch/bug

The ugly black ring from the surface of Tekto

 

I recently started playing KSP with OPM. but while playing I noticed that the Kopernicus rings don't get affected by the Scatterer atmosphere of Sarnus or Tekto, this bothered me a bit..

Is there a way to fix this?

And if I can't fix it myself, when is it getting fixed then? (sorry if i'm a bit impatient )

 

I would really like to know what and why. My apologies if there is already getting worked on it. Thanks.

Or simply the issue is that the rings don't get affected by scatterer
