No Sounds at all =(

Hi! recently I opened the game and had no sound at all (no music, sound effects etc...)

Have checked my audio drivers, reinstalled the game, checked the game files with steam and it detects 2 missing files,  but still no sound =( but any other game, program or application works fine

I have the expansions and no mods installed. 

Any help would be much appreciated!
