These all look like in-engine screens, unlike the trailer. The last 2 give us better views of what its needed to build a surface launch pad and an orbital construction yard. One of the advantages of working with a ready engine is how quickly you can stand up a good-looking mockup of what you expect. The disadvantage is sometimes getting false sense of how easy it's going to be to finish. Makin games is still a lot of work, and much of it is on details you won't be able to spot from screenshots or even a trailer, but will absolutely ruin your playing experience if they aren't addressed.
