KSP Vehicles getting back

So I love to play Real Solar System and Realism Overhaul, together with a bunch of other mods.
However, all the crafts that come with mods (I install using CKAN), keep coming back, ever after I reinstalled Kerbal Space Program.
Please help me,
it's not important, but annoying and time consuming.
Oh and thumbnails are subject to it either.
Please help me.

If you mean the craft files showing on the VAB/SPH loading options, those files are in \Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Kerbal Space Program\saves\<YOUR SAVE GAME>\Ships\VAB or \SPH. Assuming a Steam install, obviously.

If you see craft files you don't want, go to those folders and delete them there and they'll be gone.
