Meanwile on Gilly

I made the mistake of using time-warp while having the focus on my deployed science station on Gilly. When I stopped the time-warp this happened:

Yes, on of the solar power generators decided to take a jump and do several somersaults. Luckily it landed upright without breaking anything.

The jumpiness of, well, all kinds of legs is really annoying! Is it really impossible to fix that?

P.S. If I thought it would help I would use stronger language. But it wouldn't really say more, just with more emphasis.

I'm really surprised and kinda disappointed  by this.  I haven't had it happen (yet) so I thought KSP was treating the surface experiments differently than other craft - I've had kerbals go sliding across Minmus for dozens of meters, slide into them & bounce off or stop without causing the experiment to move.   I haven't been back to Gilly since I placed surface experiments, so that could be why I haven't seen it yet - maybe Gilly gravity is just too low to keep anything in place

I've had that happen on the runway at Kerbin when it is night and I want to timewarp to daylight to take off.  Sometimes the plane bounces or flicks into the air and damages itself.

Oh I've had planes & just about everything else bounce just about everywhere, I was referring to the BG surface experiments.

To be fair, Gilly is the absolute extreme of low-gravity environments in the game without counting the microgravity of orbit, so it's possible they weren't tested on it. Perhaps file a bug report?

@moogoob: Sorry, the ridiculous jumpiness of wheels and landing legs has been well documented since ages. This isn't a Gilly-specific problem. [See my earlier comment about strong language.]

Question, since i haven't tested this yet, do the  deployed solar panels produce more power on Gilly than on Kerbin?

How much are they producing, and what level of engineer deployed them?
