Publish the KSP.log and the ModuleManager.ConfigCache, or I can't do anything for you.

Additionally, please keep in mind that this is almost certainly not TweakScale, but a unfortunate patching from third parties. And without the info I'm asking, there's no way anybody can diagnose the problem.
