Dear Kerbonauts,

 

I am just curious. How do you call the in game currency?

I simply refer to it as Funds.

Well, Funds is the official KSP term. I graph how much Funds, Science, and Rep I have at the beginning of each day (in game) but have really never thought about the naming.  I usually think in terms of money. How much money do I have? How much money does this cost? I've only done career but it seems in sandbox or science mode it doesn't come into play.

I work in fintech and Yellow Ponies is the standard name a group of us use when referencing obscure currencies. Kerbal Yellow Ponies (KYP) works for me.

or they feed them trough pigs to create pork. Pork is still an very popular currency in the aerospace industry even if pigs has very poor aerodynamic.

You can make an pig fly with ancient technology as in an catapult. Granted trajectory is pretty ballistic. 
Remember beeing chased by an pack of boars in Elder scroll 3 Morrowind. I came to an cliff and got an idea, put on an ring of levitation and ran off the edge, the boars was milling around at the edge trying to reach me so I cast an area of effect levitate spell on them. This caused them to follow me into the air. This looked cool but the awesome effect was then the spell timed out

When Starbucks first got popular I remember thinking their name implied space money.
