When you have a moment, could you get Planetshine in CKAN to say its max version is 1.9?

btw your avatar is amazing.

Thank you! CKAN now reflects 1.9.x compatibility for PlanetShine. Enjoy!

Hello, I also have a purple square issue that needs to be fixed. It is a great mod and a shame that this purple square ruins how immersive this mod can be. Could anyone find a fix for this problem?

Sorry, doesn't matter realised CKAN may have fixed it.

is version 2.6.3 compatible with rescaled planets? I have this issue where the ambient light reflection from a planet suddenly stops at low altitude with in the boundry of planetshine. Both pictures are within the boundry that if I look at the PS settings

It's certainly compatible but as far as explicit support goes, no. You can mess around with the distance sliders in the settings to alter the distance at which the planetshine extends. If it can't go high enough, let me know. I've been overdue for an update to PlanetShine and I'd be happy to increase the maximum distance if need be.

is this compatible with 1.7? I checked the github and it seems to jump from 1.3 to 1.8 (2.3.5-2.3.6) and it's just too much trouble updating all my mods to work with 1.8

No, this is for 1.8 and higher.

Hi prestja, I love this mod and thank you for "bringing her back to life". But using KSP 1.9.0 version, I have this bulky and annoying visual bug. Will you fix it with an update?
Or someone know how to fix it...please

That shouldn't be the case. Verify that you're using version 0.2.6.3.

so, what's the difference between this two parts ?

PlanetShine - Default configuration

PlanetShine

What's the difference ?

PlanetShine is the mod itself. PlanetShine - Default Configuration is a small config file which specifies what color each planet reflects. Both are required if you're playing with the stock solar system.

 stock solar system

The stock solar system is the one you're likely playing with including the iconic planets of Kerbin, Moho, Duna, Eve, Jool, Dres, Eeloo and their moons.

Trying 1.10.1 + scatterer and eve + experimental Kopernicus build and so far the ground and atmosphere ambient light intensity slider doesn't work (at least on kerbin), the planet is treated as airless. Not sure if it's Kopernicus breaking things or 1.10.

EDIT: Nevermind, it only seems to be the case at night.
