Manual control of Hydraulic Cylinders?

Is it possible to control them manually?  If I want to change the angle on a hinge I can right click on it and drag the slider to change the angle, but doing the same on a hydraulic cylinder doesn't seem to do anything.  I can only turn the motor of to retract it, or on to extend it fully.  Am I missing something?

"Target Extension" should appear in the PAW and allow you to adjust it manually.

It is working for me in 1.8.1.

Yeah I'm getting that slider but the ram doesn't move when I slide it.  Think I'm on 1.7.2

I suggest that you upgrade to 1.7.3 (or 1.8.1) plus the corresponding version of BG. 1.7.3 fixed quite a few bugs in BG.

Then the two usual suspects for stuck robotic parts are mods and autostruts. Don't set any autostruts on the robotic parts themselves. I haven't really tested 1.8.1 (yet?), but with 1.7.3 they tended to get the part to get stuck under many (though not all) circumstances.
