Main Modding List

Hello people of Kerbin!

Just something been pondering , looking for some feedback.

I have been trying to find a "Core" list of Mods that i feel i cant go without for some time. Most have not changed but with recent expansions some have not been updated to make the move with me. Then I spend Hours repairing gamedata, or waiting for load screen to finish.   So..What Id like to know is,

Anyone else do the same Then add new mods  to this list?

How many Patches seems excessive? (my current MM has 19k)

Finally, Any Mods in my list that stand out as "issues"?
